Purchasing and Renting Medical Equipment

We specialize in ultrasound systems, ECG monitors, diagnostic imaging equipment, refurbished medical devices, consumables, and service plans. Our product range supports healthcare professionals in clinics, hospitals, and private practices across South Africa.

Yes, depending on the equipment and your facility type. SAHPRA registration is required for most devices. Contact us for assistance with import permits and registrations.

Prices are quoted in ZAR and exclude VAT (15%). We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and financing options for qualified buyers. Full payment is required before shipment. Contact sales for quotes and bulk discounts.

Due to regulatory and hygiene reasons, returns are limited to defective items within 7 days. All sales are final for non-defective equipment. See our Terms of Use for details.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days nationwide. Express options are available for major centers (1-3 days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Yes, we ship to SADC countries and select international destinations. International orders require additional documentation and may incur customs duties. Contact us for a quote.

New Equipment: 12-36 Months
Pre-Owned Equipment: 3- 6 Months
Refurbished Equipment: 3-6 months

Rent-to-Own allows you to use the equipment while paying it off over a fixed period. Ownership transfers to you at the end of the selected term, provided all payments are completed.

Straight-Out Rental is a pay-as-you-use option with no fixed contract period. You can rent the equipment for as long as you need and return it when it’s no longer required. Ownership remains with M-Squared Medical throughout the rental period.

M-Squared Medical offers flexible Rent-to-Own terms of:

  • 12 months
  • 36 months
  • 48 months
  • 60 months

These options allow you to choose a payment plan that best suits your budget and cash flow while working towards full ownership.

Lay-Bye allows you to secure equipment by paying a deposit upfront, followed by monthly instalments over an agreed period.

The equipment is released once the full balance has been paid. This option is ideal for customers who prefer structured payments without entering a rental or finance agreement.
